Blenheim Forge founders James Ross-Harris and Jon Warshawsky began forging knives in their garden as a part time hobby. Over the years, they fine-tuned their craft, creating hand-made knives for world-class chefs and enthusiastic cooks. There’s a Western-style chef’s knife with a smooth walnut root handle, a versatile Santoku for slicing, dicing and chopping, and a Funayuki for fish preparation.
